THE BODY IN AIR : A SENSE OF SPACE
Duration : 13.44 min
The Body in Air : A sense of Space is a visual materialization of an invisible matter, feeling and sensing the space of Air.
Revealing how the motion of Air is the essence of life and far from being an externality to which one must adapt, understanding that Air is a space existing both outside and within us. Shaping the weather of our physiology and emotions.
Slowing oneself down to perceive an environment differently, through an embodied practice focusing on the ineffable and the immaterial qualities of Air: the felt invisible energies and forces in a space existing both outside and within us.
With the participation of performer and ChiKung practitioner Carol Blakemore.
